My father knew when he retired in 1979 that people who bought new dishwasher racks were getting ripped off. So he started RusSan as a retirement business and as a way to give you a fair shake alternative. He had a tough time because manufacturers weren't interested in giving you a fair shake. Still, he managed but was not able to take his product directly to you. Until the internet. That changes everything.
